Five checks before you pay

1. Read the addressLook at the web address in the top bar. It should match the store name exactly and start with https://. Copy-cat sites change one letter.
2. Pay in a protected wayUse a card or a payment method that lets you dispute a charge. Never send an EFT to a seller you do not know.
3. Too cheap is a warningIf the price is far below every other store, ask why. Fake shops use big discounts to rush you.
4. Imports cost extraGoods shipped into South Africa can attract VAT, customs duties and courier fees. Check the SARS website or the store's delivery page before you order.
5. Under 18?Ask a parent or guardian before you order or enter any payment details. Never share your ID number or passwords with a shop.

The mall grows with you. If you know a trustworthy online store that is missing, or a link that no longer works, email info@innovationcentreglobal.co.za with the store name and its official web address.

Every store is an independent company and every name belongs to its owner. Store websites, prices, delivery and returns are their responsibility, so read their terms before you buy.
