Help more young people use AI responsibly

Every ICG tool is free to use, and you never have to donate to use them. We also hold workshops with schools and young people. Your donation helps us keep this website live and lets us keep taking the tools into disadvantaged communities, so more young people can learn to use AI responsibly. Any amount is welcome.

Our workshops in schools

This is what your donation supports: ICG taking the tools to learners in their own school halls and showing them how to use AI responsibly. Learners are shown from behind to protect their privacy.

Keeping the website live

Hosting and running costs so every ICG tool stays online and free for anyone who needs it.

Workshops in schools and youth groups

Taking the tools to learners in person and showing them how to use them well.

Reaching disadvantaged communities

Allowing ICG to keep running these workshops where access to technology and guidance is hardest to find.

Equipment we need for the school pilot

We intend to pilot ICG's tools in schools and disadvantaged locations. Sites and dates will be confirmed with each school once the equipment and agreements are in place. We are asking for help with equipment. New or used is fine, and even older equipment is welcome as long as it still works.

Data projectors and screens

So a whole class can follow a lesson together.

A camera

To document workshops and make short lessons. Learners' faces are never shown without written permission.

Microphones and a small portable speaker

So every learner in a hall can hear.

Supporting items

Charging storage, extension leads and power banks, carry cases, headphones, and mobile data or Wi-Fi routers where a school has no connection.

How we look after what you give

Equipment is recorded in an asset register, is used only for the pilot and ICG's youth programmes, and is lent to schools under a written agreement.
Used devices are securely wiped before use. Please sign out of your accounts first. Anything beyond repair is passed on for responsible recycling.
We do not ask learners for ID numbers, and we do not post learners' photos without permission.
We send you a short report on what was used, where, and what we learned. ICG is a non-profit, so we do not offer financial returns. Our return is young people who can use these tools well.
We do not issue tax certificates for gifts of equipment or money at the moment.

Tell us what you can give and where you are, and we will reply to arrange a drop-off or collection. Please do not send equipment before we have replied.
